These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Forte Hospitality Group ("Ethos," "we"). By using the site you agree to them.

Our opening date, menus, prices and hours may change before and after we open. Prices don't include tax, gratuity or service charges unless stated.

Our kitchen uses shared equipment and common allergens, including dairy, eggs, wheat and gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, fish and shellfish, so we can't guarantee any dish is free of an allergen. Always tell your server about allergies before you order.

Private events are confirmed only by a signed proposal and deposit, and the proposal's terms apply to that event.

Please don't misuse the site, including sending spam through our forms or trying to interfere with how it works. The text, renderings, photos, logos and design are owned by Ethos or used with permission, and can't be copied for commercial use without our written consent. Renderings show the planned design, and the finished restaurant may differ.

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using it or relying on its content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
