Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Ethos Taverna ("Ethos," "we") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Ethos is operated by Forte Hospitality Group, 7528 W North Ave, Elmwood Park, IL 60707.

Only what you choose to send us through a form:

• Opening news and our list: your email address.
• Private event inquiries: your name, email, phone, company, event type, preferred dates and time, guest count, budget, how you heard about us and any details you add.

When you visit, our hosting and security provider automatically processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and block spam and attacks. We don't use analytics or advertising tracking on this site.

To tell you when we open and send the occasional news you signed up for, to answer event inquiries and plan events, and to keep the site secure. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for advertising.

We use a small number of service providers that handle information on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and spam protection, including the Turnstile check on our forms), Supabase (secure storage of sign-ups and inquiries), Resend (delivery of email notifications) and Google Fonts (the typefaces on this site, which your browser loads from Google). Staff at Ethos and its management group, Forte Hospitality Group, can see sign-ups and inquiries so they can respond. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Once we open, reservations are made through OpenTable and online orders through Toast. When you use those links you leave our site, and those companies' own privacy policies apply.

If you join our list, we'll email you about our opening and send occasional news about Ethos. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us. Email info@ethosgreektaverna.com.

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
